Clean the sardines and fry in a little olive oil. Add a little salt during cooking. Take a pan and bring to boil fennel in salted water.
Place to fry the finely sliced onions, then add the fennel, sardines, the raisins, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. After about twenty minutes, add the anchovies previously dissolved in a pan with a tablespoon of hot oil. Cook for 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta al dente and season leaving some seasoning.
Take a pan add some oil and then disponerre pasta. Topping it off with a bit of seasoning and place in the oven for a few minutes and serve.
