The "Cuccia"  



For 4 people: 500 grams of wheat, 120 grams of rice, 1 liter and 1/2 milk, 200 grams of sugar, 1 kg and 500 gr. fresh ricotta cheese, 50 grams of pumpkin, 200 grams of dark chocolate, a jar of cherries in syrup.



Keep the grain in water for about three days.

Dissolve the starch in cold milk by adding lemon zest.

In a bowl, cook on very low heat, stirring occasionally milk with starch.

Just creamy, turn off and add the corn, well drained, mix well.

Allow to cool and add the chocolate and the pumpkin into small pieces.

Serve. The Cuccia can also be prepared with ricotta sieved by mixing it with sugar.

Just creamy, add ll chocolate, pumpkin and corn. Garnish with cherries in syrup.
