For 4 people: 400 grams of meat of beef (one slice), 200 grams of cooked ham, 250 grams of sausage, 100 g. of fresh cheese, 1 onion, 3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 glass of red wine, 1 bunch of parsley, a liter of tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper .




Filling: Cut the ham, cheese, sausage, garlic, bacon and parsley. Combine the egg mixture and mix with your hands.

Place the mixture over the meat, roll and tie with string. SautÚ the onion already chopped in a pan with oil.

As soon as golden, put the meat soffriggendola from all sides.

Moisten the meat with half a glass of wine, making sure to brown it very well. Add the tomato sauce and cook for about two hours over very low heat, covering the pan.

When cooked, allow to cool a little and cut the meat into slices. Arrange the slices on a serving dish and garnish with the sauce. Serving.
