Stuffed artichokes in a pan

Ingredients:

For 4 people: 4 artichokes quite large and of equal size, 100 grams of bread crumbs, 80 grams of grated pecorino cheese with pepper, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 bunch of parsley.

Preparation:

Clean the artichokes by removing the thorns by cutting off the upper part, the tough outer leaves and stems at the base.

Create a cavity all'internodel artichoke with a knife.

Filling: Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, anchovies cut, chopped garlic and parsley oil.

Fill the artichokes and place them side by side in a pan with two glasses of water and a few drops of lemon. Add more oil and cook over very low heat for about 30 minutes.

Cover the pan with a lid and wait until the water has evaporated completely before turning off the fire. Disponerre artichokes on a serving dish and serve.
