For 6 persons: 6 peppers in red, yellow, green, onion, 8 ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper 10 basil leaves.
Peel and cut the onion into slices. Drain the peppers from the seeds, wash and cut into thin slices.
Saute over low heat in a pan with oil, previously heated, onion and add the peppers and then salt to taste.
Add a little water if necessary almost cooked.
Add the basil leaves cooked before turning off the fire. Put the peppers on a serving plate and serve warm or cold.
