Tuna rolls in pan  

Ingredients:

  • Tuna into thin slices gr. 800
  • gr breadcrumbs. 100 gr grated cheese. 50
  • passoline and pine nuts gr. 50
  • a large onion
  • white wine
  • a glass
  • oil
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Cut the tuna into thin slices and spianatele on the marble table.

Put a tablespoon on each slice of bread crumbs mixed with cheese and pine nuts and passoline.

Wrap the slices on themselves, and close them with a toothpick or with a bit of string. Fry in a pan with the onion slices abundant oil.

Add the rolls of tuna, season with salt and pepper and blend with the wine.

Cook over moderate heat for about twenty minutes.
