Tuna Puttanesca  

Ingredients:

  • Tuna touch kg. About 1
  • ripe tomatoes (or peeled) gr. 500
  • one clove garlic
  • anchovies in oil 4 or 5
  • capers gr. 50
  • white olives gr. 100
  • basil
  • oregano.

Preparation:

Keep in touch with tuna in water with salt and vinegar for about an hour.

Cut into slices and leave a little bit more under running water because it completely loses blood.

Fry the garlic chopped, peeled tomatoes without seeds, olives, capers, anchovies and finally that sminuzzerete with a wooden spoon.

Spend even slices in pan for about thirty minutes. At the end of cooking, add a handful of basil and a pinch of oregano.
