Spaghetti alla carrettiera  

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti gr. 600
  • 2 or 3 cloves garlic
  • grated pecorino cheese gr. 50
  • oil
  • salt and pepper.

Spaghetti carrettiera

 

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain it al dente and divide the plates on which you will pour a bit of olive oil and pepper.

Grated directly onto the pasta, for each diner before the garlic and then, with the same grating the cheese.
