Ingredients:

  • Tripe gr. 800
  • gr flour. 200
  • gr breadcrumbs. 200
  • 2 eggs
  • oil
  • salt.

Fried tripe  

 

Preparation:

Cut the tripe into squares of about cm. 3 per side. Wash it well with salt, boil and drain.

Spend the handles to flour, beaten egg with a little salt, and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil.
