  • chickpeas gr. 200
  • lentils gr. 200
  • broccoli gr. 250
  • wild fennel 2 bundles
  • homemade tagliatelle gr. 300
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper.

Immerse legumes into water for a night.

Then put in a pan, cover with water, add chopped broccoli and wild fennel.

Dress with salt and pepper, cook for three hours on a very low flame.

Add pasta, add some olive oil, and some more salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot.
