For 4 people:
Cut tomatoes in two and empty them out, salt them down and put upside-down in a pan.
Fork anchovies in oil, on a very low flame. When well creamy add capers, basil and turn the flame off.
Apart toast the breadcrums in a pan with very little oil. Toast until brown.
Add breadcrumbs to anchovies, mix well and stuff tomatoes.
Place tomatoes in a tin and bake for 20 minutes in hot oven.
