For 4 people:
Cook rice in milk with sugar and when rice is soft and there is no milk, turn the flame off and add cocoa, candied fruit in small cubes, most of the almonds thinly chopped, some cinnamon and a tablespoon grated lemon peel.
Mix well and pour on a large dish. Adorn with chopped almonds and candied fruit. Serve cold.
