To make the guastedde ennesi, use the same dough for pizza. Once the dough has leavened, stretch it into two tins previously greased with oil. Top with the following ingredients.
Peel, seed and cube tomatoes. Put on the dough with bacon in cubes, a pinch of salt and plenty of pepper. Cook in pre-heated oven.
Slice artichokes and place on the guastedde along with anchovies in pieces. Dress with oil, salt, pepper and plenty of grated ricotta cheese. Cook in pre-heated oven.
