Wash chicken, chop and cook in a pan on a low flame. When water evaporates, pour some oil and brown well in each side.
In another pan brown, in little oil, sliced onion, add chicken, dress with salt, pepper and rosemary. Add vinegar.
Cook on a low flame for about 20 minutes, shaking the pan now and again, in order to prevent sticking. Serve hot, sided with baked potatoes.
