Bucatino or maccaroncino gr. 600, 4 large ripe tomatoes, 4 cloves garlic, a small bunch basil, grated pecorino cheese (or ricotta salata) gr. 50, oil, salt and pepper.
Peel the raw tomatoes and cut into small pieces, without losing the juice.
Dress it in a bowl of pasta with plenty of oil, the crushed garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Boil the pasta, pour hot into the bowl, turn it with the sauce ready and add the grated pecorino cheese or grated ricotta.
