Peperonata

Ingredients:

  • Peppers kg. 1
  • potatoes gr. 500 gr onions. 500
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper.

Peperonata

 

Preparation:

Cut peppers and onions into slices and saute in a pan together in abundant oil.

Add diced potatoes, cover and cook over low heat for about twenty minutes.

Aside saute the tomatoes peeled and seeded and add them to the other vegetables.

Let simmer, season with salt and pepper and serve warm peppers.
