  • Oil fried
  • 4 or 5 cloves garlic
  • a few sprigs mint
  • vinegar half a glass.

Preparation:

After frying in the pan if the oil is too abundant, toglietene one side and add the remaining chopped garlic.

Do it just fry without letting it becomes dark.

Pour the vinegar, add the mint and then pour on the food ready to serve then cold.
