Ingredients:  

  • Onions kg. 1
  • three tablespoons vinegar
  • three tablespoons sugar.

Preparation:

Cut the onions into thin slices and place in a pan with a glass of water over low heat.

When the water dries add the oil and fry until they are golden brown.

Season with vinegar and sugar, salt and pepper and let a second season on fire.

Pour the onion stew the dish and then served cold.
