Ingredients:

  • Quinces kg. 1
  • sugar. 1,200.
  • lemon 1 kg

Preparation:

Chopped apples, which will have removed seeds and peel, and put them in a pan with about a liter of water into which you have squeezed the juice of a lemon, a very low heat.
