Pint milk, 2 egg yolks, sugar gr. 200, pasta gianduja gr. 100.
Melt in a saucepan gr. 100 dark chocolate, add gr. 70 toasted chopped hazelnuts, let thicken and remove from heat.
Take this pasta gianduja only gr. 100, sufficient for the recipe for ice cream that we propose.
Beat two egg yolks with half the sugar. Else add it to the milk and bring to a boil.
