Pasta and c`anciove `to muddica


Spaghetti gr. 600, anchovies gr. 100, tomato extract gr. 50, 2 cloves garlic, toasted bread crumb gr. 200, oil, pepper.

Fry in a pan with some oil the garlic into small pieces, add the extract, melt it with a few sips of warm water.

Elongated with a glass of water and cook for about 15 minutes.

Dissolve to smoke pot in a pan with the oil anchovies, working a bit with a fork to reduce them in cream.

Embed them in the sauce and let finish cooking together.

Boil the spaghetti, limiting the salt of the cooking water, in view of the fact that both the anchovies that the extract are already salty, drain and toss in a bowl with the sauce ready.

Pour on every dish one tablespoon of toasted breadcrumbs.
