Artichokes villanella

Ingredients:

  • Carciorl 12
  • 1 clove garlic
  • a small bunch parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Remove the tough outer leaves of the artichokes, cut them to the top with the thorns cut them into pieces, taking care to keep them in water with a few drops of lemon juice, why not become dark.

Drain and put them in a pan with some oil, salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parsley.

Cook over low heat for about ten minutes, if necessary adding half a glass of water and shaking the pan from time to time because you do not stick to the bottom.
