Artichokes with crumb

Ingredients:

  • Artichokes 6
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • capers gr. 50
  • acciughesalate 4 gr toasted breadcrumbs. 200
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • three tablespoons sugar
  • salt, pepper and olive oil.

Artichokes with crumb

Preparation:

Cut the artichokes into wedges and place in a saucepan with the juice of oranges and lemons, salt and pepper.

As soon as they are cooked, add the vinegar, sugar and leave it on the heat until it reaches a boil again.

Put them in a serving dish and cover with the toasted breadcrumbs, in which you have mixed the oil dissolved anchovies and capers. Serve cold.
