Peppers kg. 1, 3 garlic cloves, a few sprigs mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the whole peppers on the grill or on the plate of the preheated oven. Let roast for about half an hour, turning occasionally, until they are completely withered.
Removed from the oven still warm wrap in lightweight paper or a towel and allow to cool so that you can then peel effortlessly.
Remove the seeds and place in serving dish. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic slices, mint leaves.
