Swordfish slices kg. 1 gr breadcrumbs. 200, capers gr. 50 a small bunch parsley, an onion, a few bay leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Season the breadcrumbs with capers, chopped pitted olives, chopped parsley, cheese, a little olive oil.
Wash the sword slices, remove their skin and spianatele on the marble table, pouring over each of them a spoon of breadcrumbs.
Roll up the slices on themselves and insert them in a skewer, alternating with slices of onion and bay leaves.
Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper and pass on the grill for about ten minutes, or a hot oven for the same time. Serve hot with a side dish of salad.
