There are two different cooking of wheat. There are those who would like to cook for six to eight hours at a low heat, and then let stand, covered, in its own water throughout the night.
There are those who shortens the cooking time to two hours, then wrap the pan in newspapers and wool blankets and let finish cooking as well, this time for the whole night, in heat.
In both cases, the morning after the wheat will be well drained and seasoned then into the bowl with the cream cheese, prepared according to the recipe already given, or a cream or chocolate.
