Stockfish already soaked kg. 1, green olives gr. 200, capers gr. 50, a small bunch parsley, 2 cloves garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange in a large pan with the fish pieces rapier already well soaked, chopped parsley, chopped garlic, white pitted olives, capers, olive oil, salt, pepper and a glass of water.
Cook for about an hour at low heat without stirring. When cooked, remove the lid of the pan, raise the heat and allow to thicken the sauce.
