For 6 people: 3 chicken breasts, cooked, 375 ml. of mayonnaise, a head of celery, 100 grams of Swiss Gruyere cheese, 100 grams of walnuts, 4 drops of Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 glass of white wine.
Cut the chicken and gruyere to Julienne and arrange in a large bowl.
Wash the celery, chop finely, leaving aside the leaves (which will be used at the end for decoration) and add it to the chicken and gruvlera.
Then add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Pour the wine and drops of Worcestershire with a little salt and pepper.
Compose well together on a serving dish and garnish with finally the walnuts and leaves of celery that you had put aside. Serve cold.
