Tourism in Motta Camastra
Built in the XIV century, the Church still now keeps the original building structure of presbytery with a square plan covered by a cross-vaulting-ribs.
The inside shows an ogival arch made of grey stone which divides the area of presbytery from the area of believers.
Of same material is made a round arch, which keeps a precious canvas dating back to last years of the XVIII century made by Vincenzo Avola (XVIII century) and representing Our Lady of Carmine.
Artistically important are finally two valuable wooden statues of the XVIII century representing St. Nicholas and St. Anthony the Abbot.
