Pasta with neonata fish

Ingredients:

For 6 people: 500 gr. baby girl, 600 gr. of spaghetti, 5 tomatoes ripe seeds, two cloves of garlic, 1/2 glass of wine, salt and pepper, to taste extra virgin olive oil, a sprig of parsley.

Preparation:

Blanch the tomatoes, then peel, remove seeds and chop finely. Put a frying pan with oil, saute the garlic and fry it without remove it before dl add the chopped tomato to keep it at high heat for about 5 minutes.

At this point you can dive in the newborn, but be careful not to mix. To avoid that it is reduced to a pulp, cook it alone.

After about 5 minutes, washed down with half a glass of wine, let it evaporate and remove from heat. In the meantime you put a pot on the stove with water and once it has reached boiling salted water and let down the spaghetti.
