Braciolettine roasted

Ingredients:

Slices of veal jokes kg. 1 gr breadcrumbs. 100 gr grated cheese. 50, raisins and pine nuts gr. 50, two large ripe tomatoes (or peeled), half an onion, salami gr. 50, primosale or fresh cheese gr. 100, bay leaves, onion slices, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Braciolettine roasted  

Preparation:

Fry the grated onion in abundant oil.

Remove from heat and add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper, the raisins and pine nuts, peeled tomatoes into small pieces.

Mix well and place a teaspoon of this mixture over the slices of meat (which you cut very small and flattened well), adding a small piece of cheese and sausage.

Wrap around themselves and insert them in the braciolettine a skewer alternating with thin slices of onion and bay leaves.

Roasted on the grill brush with oil, or put in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
