  • Slices of veal cutlets for gr. 600
  • gr breadcrumbs. 100
  • primosale or fresh cheese gr. 100
  • ripe tomatoes (or peeled) gr. 500
  • oregano
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Pizzaiola baked


Soak the slices of meat in the oil and coat in breadcrumbs.

Set them on a baking sheet and each of you place a thin slice of cheese, tomato peeled and seeded, abundant oregano, salt, pepper, some oil.

Spend a hot oven for about 15 minutes, making sure that the meat does not dry out too much.
