Dried beans gr. 500, yellow squash gr. 200, 2 large ripe tomatoes (or gr. 500 of peeled), an onion, cutters gr. 300, oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and soffriggetela in abundant oil.
A part will meanwhile put to cook over low heat, covered with water, beans shelled, already soaked from the night before, with a pinch of salt. Reshuffle often.

Add the garlic, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Pour the soup on the plates and serve warm or cold.
