Macaroni gr. 400 g minced veal. 200 gr minced pork. 200, tomato extract gr. 150 g fresh peas. 500 gr grated cheese. 100, half an onion, half a glass of red wine, olive oil, salt and pepper. A pastry depending on the recipe and the doses indicated above.
Fry the grated onion in a pan with plenty of oil and dissolve the extract, adding a few sips of water. When will be reduced cream, pour into the pan the pork and veal, let it flavor and blended with the wine.
