Spicy cheese (pecorino cheese or cheese with pepper) fresh gr. 300, 2 tablespoons vinegar, oil, pepper, oregano.
Cut the cheese into thick slices about half a centimeter and set them in a baking pan greased with oil.
Season with plenty of pepper and oregano and pour over each slice some oil and a splash of vinegar.
Spend the fire to low heat, stirring occasionally until all the pan cheese slices have softened.
Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and stringy.
