Red and yellow peppers kg. 1 small onion, bread crumbs gr. 100 gr grated cheese. 50, raisins and pine nuts gr. 50, oil, salt and pepper.
Fry the onion in the pan grated or cut into very thin slices.
As soon as it is golden, add the peppers cut into strips.
Let dry on medium heat with the pan covered, for about fifteen minutes.
When the peppers will seem cooked, pour into the pan the raisins and pine nuts, breadcrumbs, grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Let cook for few minutes and pass on a serving platter. Serve cold.
