Brown the tuna fish in a pan.
In the olive oil left in the pan, brown garlic and celery both chopped.
Add stoned olives, capers and the raisins.
Cook for a while, put the fish back in the pan and add some vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for few minutes more, place the fish on a dish and serve cold.
