  • Milk of almonds 1 litre
  • starch gr. 200
  • sugar gr. 100
  • a pinch of cinnamon.

Almond milky cream


To prepare a very delicious cream, you should get the milk directly from fresh almonds. Smash previously peeled almonds until creamy.

Put this sort of cream in a cloth and tie it up.

Dip repeatedly into a cold water cup, and press the bag into a pan, until you get the almond juice out.

If you do not feel to prepare the milk of almonds, you can buy it.

Dissolve starch into milk of almonds, add sugar and cinnamon, and cook on a very low flame, always stirring, until slightly thick. Pour on a dish and serve cold.
