Air companies
In the province of Ragusa there are no airports. The nearest airport is Filippo Eredia in Catania - Fontanarossa, 110 km. from the city. From there you can reach daily all the main italian and international cities.
Sea lines
The nearest ports are in Siracusa (120 Km.) and in Porto Empedocle (110 Km.).
Scoglitti is an hamlet which belongs to Vittoria, has a small tourist harbour run by municipality. It consisting of floating wharves for a 60 berths with minimal depth of two meters and a maximum length of 10 meters.
Landing piers provide mooring, water, light, information point and hygienic services.
Roads
Highways
Vittoria is crossed by the highway 115 connecting Trapani to Siracusa. It is also close to the highway 194 connecting Ragusa to Catania.
Motorways
In the province of Ragusa there are no highway lines. It is planned the construction of a motorway connecting Catania with Siracusa and Gela. This motorway will be completed by the end of year 2005.
The nearest motorway is the A19 connecting Palermo to Catania. It is a freeway and has two lanes plus an emergency lane in both directions.
The motorway A19 provides the following service areas:
- Caracoli between Termini Imerese junction and industrial area;
- Scillato between Buonfornello junction and Scillato junction;
- Sacchitello between Enna junction and Mulinello junction;
- Gelso Bianco at Motta Sant'Anastasia junction.
