Pasta con le noci (Pasta with walnuts)

Ingredients:

Superfine flour homemade tagliatelle gr. 500, toasted walnuts gr. 100, a good pork ragu sauce, olive oil, salt.

Pasta with walnuts

Preparation:

On a marble table mix flour to salt and warm water.

Roll out in many sheets and then roll each sheet up. Cut from the edge in 1/2 cm stripes.

Let the pasta dry for few hours on a cloth, dusting with flour.

In the meantime, prepare a good pork ragu sauce with tomato extract and onions.

Cook tagliatelle, dress with ragu sauce and if you like, add some meat.

Place on a dish e put chopped walnuts on top.
