Peperoni con la mollica (Peppers with breadcrumbs)


  • Peppers kg. 1,500
  • breadcrumbs gr. 200
  • capers gr. 50
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper.

Peppers with breadcrumbs


Bake or grill peppers. Peel and slice.

Brown breadcrumbs in a pan with no oil, on a low flame, stirring all the time.

In another pan, put a lot of oil and brown garlic and capers.

Add breadcrumbs, peppers, salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients, adding three tablespoons of vinegar.

Place in a bowl and serve cold.
