For 6 people: 700 gr. tuna (a big fish), 1 cup vinegar, 3 cloves, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 7 tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, oregano, 1 onion, half cup wine.
Make some small holes on the fish and put garlic and cloves. Chop onions and brown in oil.
Add tuna and cook with wine which you'll let evaporate.
Add peeled, seedless and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano.
After 15 minutes pour vinegar, put the flame low and cook. Serve cold with sauce on top.
