Ingredients:

Spaghetti gr. 600, ripe tomato kg. 1, 2 onions, cheese (or pecorino) cheese gr. 50, basil, local fish (ritunni, Macchietti, violas or sirranie) gr. 800 gr flour. 100.

Preparation:

Flour the fish, which will be one of the qualities listed above, low-quality and very popular in the area, and fry in hot oil.

Prepared according to the usual a tomato sauce with basil and onion.

When ready boil the spaghetti and toss with the sauce and grated cheese.
