Tuna thinly sliced gr. 800, sage, bay leaf, rosemary, chilli pepper, ripe tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 2, a small bunch parsley, one tablespoon vinegar, oregano, oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the tuna into thin slices, preferably choosing a piece of "tarantello."
Wrap the slices of seasoned themselves inside with bits of sage, bay leaves, rosemary and pepper.
Close the roll with a toothpick and arrostitelo wet with oil, in the oven or on the grill.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce in a mortar, garlic, tomato, parsley, and season with olive oil, salt, a tablespoon of vinegar, oregano and pepper.
Pour the sauce over rolls just out of the fire.
