Next to local vineyards (the Inzolia, Grillo, Catarratto, Black of Avola, Frappato, Perricone) are now raised with amazing success the international varieties, like Chardonnay, Sauvignon - Blanc, Muller - Thurgau, Cabernet - Sauvignon, Merlot, Shìraz that, in the sweet hills of Regalbesi, show to have found an optimal habitat. The homogeneity of the cultural matrix, the ancient human roots, all concur to assign to the brand of the Fazio Wines the aim of a productive increase, by means of labels (Typical Geographic Indication and Denomination of Origin) all evocative and destined to a target at the same time both popular and of elite. The company places the maximum care in the cultivation of the vineyards and is moreover equipped with the most modern machinery. The bottling line has a potentiality of 4,500 bottles per hour and can also put the bottles in the boxes in horizontal position. The production is articulated in various wine varieties, both red and white, and in the production of sparkling sweet wines and sparkling dry wines.
