Spaghetti gr. 600 g peeled shrimp. 300, 1 clove garlic, parsley a small bunch, ripe tomato (or peeled) gr. 500, half an onion.
Fry the grated onion in a pan with plenty of oil. Add the tomatoes peeled and seeded, and the whole garlic (or cut if you prefer).
As soon as the tomato is wilted and well seasoned pan pour in even the shrimp, shelled and cleaned well, season with salt and plenty of pepper, leave some time on a high flame stirring the fish and then damped the fire until cooked (about twenty minutes) .
Now add the finely chopped parsley. Cook the spaghetti al dente and toss in a bowl stirring well.
Serve immediately. If the shrimp were very large, it will be well cut into pieces before passing them in the pan.
